Account data (email, password hash), uploaded images and upscaled outputs, usage counters (daily upscales, tier), subscription status synced from Creem, and technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

To deliver upscaling, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data. AI inference may run on Hugging Face or other GPU providers under data processing terms.

Uploaded and processed files are retained temporarily (default 48 hours) to deliver results, then deleted from storage. Account data is kept while your account is active and as required for billing and legal obligations.

Card and billing details are collected by Creem as Merchant of Record. We receive subscription status, customer IDs, and billing period dates — not full card numbers. See Creem's privacy policy.

Hosting, object storage, PostgreSQL, Redis, email (when enabled), Creem (payments), and AI inference providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
